k\u0131r\u0131lmadan,  m\u00fc\u015fterilere ula\u015f\u0131ncaya kadar korunur.  \u0130\u015flemede t\u00fcm a\u015famalar\u0131 kay\u0131t alt\u0131na alan HACCP ve kalite programlar\u0131 uygulanmaktad\u0131r. Tesisin geri bildirim ve kontrol mekanimas\u0131 kaliteyi \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131karan \u00f6nemli unsurlar olmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>          Tesisimiz  taze ve dondurulmu\u015f bal\u0131k\u00e7\u0131l\u0131k \u00fcr\u00fcnlerinin \u00fcretimi ve i\u015flenmesi konusunda yetkili  ve onayl\u0131 bir tesistir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>          Tesise gelen bal\u0131klar ya nat\u00fcrel olarak paketlenip sevkiyata haz\u0131rlan\u0131r yada i\u015fleme alan\u0131na nakledilir.\u0130\u015fleme  alan\u0131na al\u0131nan  taze \u00fcr\u00fcnler i\u00e7i temizlenmi\u015f yada fleto halinde talebe g\u00f6re paketlenir ve taze so\u011futulmu\u015f olarak  haz\u0131r hale getirilirek depolar\u0131m\u0131za nakledilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00dcr\u00fcnler dondurulmu\u015f olarak sevkedilecekse,   nat\u00fcrel, i\u00e7i al\u0131nm\u0131\u015f yada fleto olarak haz\u0131rlanan  taze \u00fcr\u00fcnler spiral frezer IQF teknolojisi sayesinde el de\u011fmeden dondurma \u00fcnitesine al\u0131n\u0131r. Oradan otomotik bantlar sayesinde glaze makinesine d\u00f6k\u00fcl\u00fcr. Burada \u00fcr\u00fcnler istenilen oranda koruyucu buz tabakas\u0131yla kaplan\u0131r. Sonraki a\u015famada hardening t\u00fcnele al\u0131n\u0131rlar. Burada ani dondurma i\u015flemi uygulan\u0131r. Bu a\u015famalar neticesinde kaliteli bir \u015fekilde  IQF teknolojisiyle dondurma i\u015flemi sa\u011fland\u0131ktan sonra  \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin paketlenmesi iste\u011fe ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak d\u00f6kme olarak  paketlenebilir   veya  istenen gramajlarda  vakum po\u015fetleme \u015feklinde de paketlenebilir..Sonras\u0131nda -18 derecede muhafaza odalar\u0131nda sevkiyata haz\u0131r bekletilirler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00dcretimin her a\u015famas\u0131,  konusunda uzman Su \u00dcr\u00fcnleri M\u00fchendisleri ve G\u0131da M\u00fchendisleri ile kontrol edilmektedir. Hedefimiz  <strong>Sezmarin<\/strong> markas\u0131n\u0131  sekt\u00f6rde \u00f6nde gelen markalardan yapmakt\u0131r.
